My camera was buried in my purse today when I exited the grocery, otherwise I'd have a photo for you. I saw a man dressed in a newsboy cap, neon orange sweater, butterscotch color knee length pants and black and white argyle knee socks with sneakers. I SO wish I had a photo, so I could send it to Poorly Dressed People of the World.
