It's Been a Long, Long Time.....

over four years, in fact, since I left Just Ask Judy behind and started my other blog.

As many of you know,  Imagine has been attacked by malware that I can't/don't know how to get rid of. So I am coming back to this blog and hope that all my former Imagine readers will join me here.

A lot has happened in the last four years. My hair has been allowed to turn gray, I've put on a few pounds, I'm still working as a florist (for two shops now) and loving every minute of it. Mr. kenju had a stroke four years ago, and we are grateful that he suffered only  minimal long-term damage.

I still have six grandchildren (and very little hope for more), although I need a baby in my life (don't we all?)

We had storm damage from Hurricane Irene;  I wish she had passed us over instead of sticking around long enough to dump massive amounts of rain.  The chimney will be fixed in the next few months, we hope, but the masons have other jobs they have to complete before they can start ours. Luckily, we burn only a  very few fires in the winter. I love an open fire, but I really hate cleaning out the ashes afterward.

When I left Just Ask Judy in 2007, I asked you to follow me to the new blog Imagine, and I am now asking you to follow me back to this one.....and hoping we'll have good experiences here  (without malware and other junk!!)

You're having the same problem a lot of bloggers are having... If you have one, remove your Blog roll from the other blog, and that should clear the malware warning.

There's an issue with the old blogrolling system, and if anyone on your links list uses it still, you get the malware warning. I had to cut the blog list from Max's blog (even though he doesn't use blogrolling) and that fixed it.

If you use it to visit other blogs, import the URLs to Google Reader first, then delete the list...you'll still be able to read all the blogs you like, you just won't have the list on your blog...that's how I'm still able to read your other one--because I get it via Google Reader.

Thumper, I did get rid of the blogroll and also my followers list, and that didn't help it. I was able to get rid of the warning on my blog by unchecking something in my security, but many others still get it - even after I deleted the blogroll.

P.S. to everyone. If you scroll through some of the older posts here, you will not see photos, but a black square with an exclamation point in it. That is because I deleted the photos previously, in order to make more room in my files for more.

Hi Judy, wanted to let you know that I couldn't comment until I completely exited out of FB networked blogs. So if anyone within FB has that issue, have them exit out of network blogs (click exit in upper right corner). Then I book marked this blog, so I can get to it more often and not have to go through blogger dashboard. That malware warning on blogger dashboard has kept me away--but you know it wasn't just your blog w/the warning. I don't know what the deal was!

Yes it has!!! I only lost some food after 3 days without power. Freezer seemed to handle it better since I didn't open it as much. Else, I had to clean up some branches that fell around my house.

Oh wow! I can comment. I clicked a little "x" that closed all those little social networking icons, and voila! I'm in! Glad to see you here, Judy, without a malware warning sign!

It's a shame about the other blog. I know these Blogger issues sometimes never get figured out or fixed. (Might you consider taking it visibly off your profile page, to prevent anyone getting infected? On Edit User Profile page you can select blogs to show.)

I'm sorry to hear you had damage from the hurricane and rain. And yes I can totally understand wanting a baby in your life. We are expecting our first grandchild, and I can hardly wait to hold him!

Thumper, could you put all that in Very Simple English?

Hi Judy - I#m so pleased to have found you again! I've missed all your beautiful floral arrangements and tales of fantastic weddings!

Hope the chimney gets fixed soon, but at least you got away with comparatively very little damage.

This was so great to click in and not be stopped by the attack alert. I always loved this title, "Just Ask Judy" so I'm happy to join you back over here. Just so I can always find you somewhere!

Hey - I saw your comment on Granny Annie's blog and came over here. I have missed coming by "Imagine", but was getting the warning.

Oddly - one of my oldest readers sent a message through someone else that she is getting that same message on my blog. Not sure what to do - she's the only one I am missing.

I got here no problem too! I would love to be able to follow you again though because then all your posts come up in my reader, so I know when you've added something new.

Is there a problem with the followers gadget too?

Hi, again, glad the system didn't have any warning for your "old" blog!! like Thumper said, I have had problems with blogs using blogrolling, it's strange that the warning is still there after you deleted the links... hope you find peace again here :)

Thanks to all of you. Joey, there may not be a problem with "followers". but I deleted them because there could have been malicious code attached to one of their icons (maybe). You can still follow me. Go to your blogger dashboard and where it says "add" (a blog to follow) - type in:
http://justaskjudy.blogspot.com and click whether to follow it publicly or privately. It will go into your feed, even if I don't display followers. I may start doing it again, but I don't have time to add anyone now.

Hope this gets rid of that problem.
This is where I found you years ago when I was a lurker.
I didn't have a problem on the other blog but know it has driven you to distraction.
Onward and upward.

I've just done what you told Joey to do.
Still got family here so will do the rest soon. I always liked this blog anyway.

Hi Judy...I saw your comment over on Arkansas Patti's, and changed your link in my Template. Isn't it good that you still have "JUST ASK JUDY"...! Sorry to read of your MALWARE Problem....

Hi Judy, I heard about your malware problem via Pat...I wish I knew how to help you but I'm a computer dummy. If "Imagine" is a blogger.com blog, maybe they can help you? They're good that way.

I'm here to support you from Pat at Past Imperfect.
Did you get the warning triangle thingy? I've seen that around and wondered what it was about.

Pat sent me.
No warnings, no irregularities.

I am slowly catching up with blog following. The numbness in my face interferes with my 'r' eye, so blog reading is in short episodes. Glad you found a way round the blog woes.
