First the tide rushes in....


Copyrighted in 1953, Ebb Tide was an extremely popular song for decades. Written by Frank Chacksfield, an English band leader. There is an interesting article about him at:

Good morning Kenju. I have been enjoying your sheet music collection all along. It reminds me of when I played the piano and later when my girls did. We had tons of sheet music around the house. Now the piano holds picture frames. Here, this time, from Michele.

wow stuff to investigate. will do when i've got the lets in bed and the mud off the floor.

i will quickly say that the lets (my girls) do love how much is that doggy in the window and short'ning bread but we make up new words for the latter which have more relevance.... like 'mammas little baby loves high heeled shoes' etc etc...
