The children and I wish mr. kenju a very happy Father's Day! And we wish the same for all fathers, grandfathers, adoptive fathers, step-fathers and wanna-be fathers!
Happy Father's Day to the Mr and all the Dads. I had read that post about your Dad before and it was such a wonderful post of discovery. He was a man who truly loved his family.
We had two daughters and two fathers over on Sunday! I actually managed to make some bread rolls, which we had with home=made veggie soup. Nothing like a celebration! (But it was only lunch!)
lovely post about your father, Judy. I recognised the relationship your father had with your mother - my parents were much the same. I always wondered if he would come out of his shell if he was left on his own. But I will never get to know him any better as he is deep in dementia and my mother is learning to cope without the man she knew. Lucky you to have had those special years.
