According to the Alaska Department of Fish
and Game, while both male and female reindeer
grow antlers in the summer each year, male
reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning
of winter, usually late November to mid-
December.
Female reindeer retain their antlers till after
they give birth in the spring.
Therefore, according to EVERY
historical rendition depicting
Santa's reindeer,
EVERY single one of them,
from Rudolph to Blitzen,
had to be a girl.
We should've known...
ONLY women would be able to drag
a fat-ass man in a red velvet suit
all around the world in one night
and not get lost.
The Santa above is another piece of the ephemera I have saved. It was a package of red yarn, for use in tying presents, and was probably from the '70's.

Does that mean reindeers have false antlers on while lugging Santa around?
Happy Christmas. Michele sent me here.
Of course, of course. So intuitive. We just should have known.
What a fun little holiday story! Thanx. Holiday Cheers.
LOL!! I should have known!!
I don't know if that's a seventies Santa. The pants aren't bell bottommy enough and the boots don't have fringes.

I think that's the same Santa I have on my post today! I found him through Google Images...I LOVE that he came on a package of yarn, Judy.
Thanks for the link to the Cactus...I have thought about putttimg lights on certain Cacti/Succulent type plants, but haven't ever done it because I just can't bring myself to....Maybe if I only had one or two plants....heh heh....That "Snow Pole" looks reaklly cute with those Sun Glasses and Hat...!
Maybe only women could do it - but surely a smart woman would refuse? Maybe they are blond reindeer. Here from Michele's
Merry Christmas, Judy.
May you enjoy the season and all it holds.
Lovingly,
