We'd be much obliged for your vote. Go to this site:
http://www.guhoyas100.com/vote.cfm
There are three sections for nominees. Mr. kenju (Jim Carrino) is in the "Classic" section. If you hold the mouse over his name, you can click on it and see a photo and a brief profile. You can also go here to see a full profile:
http://www.hoyabasketball.com/thoughts/top100/j_carrino.htm
You MUST vote for any two people in the Vintage Era, any eight people in the Classic Era (INCLUDING JIM) and any fifteen people in the Modern Era. If you do not vote for the full number in each era, your vote will not be counted.
Then fill in your name and email address and click "Submit" to cast your votes.
You would make mr. kenju a very happy man, and me too, of course! We'd also like to know how many vote, so could you leave a message here if you did? THANKS!

HI -- Frequent lurker here. I've enjoyed your posts for a while now, thankyou.
In payment for entertainment provided by you, I grant your request. And found the site to be quite interesting besides.
Happy Holiday!!
Hi, Karla, thanks for voting and for reading here. Now that you have un-lurked, maybe you will start commenting more often?
voted. :)
I will try to do this, but you know this is very hard for when it comes to roundball, Georgetown is the enemy (and I can't remember who played for Carolina ten years ago, so how am I suppose to remember who played for Georgetown?)
BTW, congratulations to your husband for being considered for this honor.
Congrats to the man! He was a looker to! :P
Very cool! I'm on my way to vote!
I will do it because you asked so nicely, but I don't know much about college b-ball!
Michele sends her regards.

Kenju, thank you for your very sweet comment. Couldn't agree with you more. I updated the post to clarify slightly.
Thank you!

And, it was her elbow...which wouldn't be life-threatening, except that she uses her arm to help with her walker, and sitting will stir up her congestive heart failure..oy!
I will go over and vote for Mr. Kenju, my dear...but thge rest will be pure guesses!
DONE, my dears! My My My, Mr. Kenju was a real looker! And I'm sure, he still is...! I hope he wins!
I voted.
The only name on there that really made me gag was Allen Iverson. Did he really graduate?
Done!!!
Michele sent me your way this time, I love to find familiar "faces" playing the M&G!!!
merry xmas!
Mr. Kenju got my vote (along with a bunch of other people)
Now, where is my chicken in every pot?
Voting completed....and congratulations to Jim on his nomination.
Hey Judy, here from Michele's.
I don't enough about basketball or Mr Kenju to vote, but I am keeping my fingers crossed he does well!
Good luck, Mr K!

Ok, I voted for him, for a few more that I knew, and a bunch of guys I didn't know. Reading Jim's bio, it sounds like he was a very solid player! I don't remember seeing him, but I'm not sure if we had a TV when he was first born, and by the time he was a senior, I was watching Capt. Kangroo and not basketball. And since Georgetown isn't in the ACC...
judy, mr. kenju is a handsome guy!
michele sent me this morning.
I'll go and vote! Go Mr. Kenju!
Here from Michelle's today!
Michele sent me to vote for James!
But it's such a quandry to decide who else to vote for. The only rule I have is no Bushes! I like the Flash header they have on the page. I want to make one for my blog.
Invited to the United States Olympic basketball trials in 1964
Did he end up going, Judy?
Posted something you might get a kick out of.

I;'m down with Jim. Shame I had to vote for some of the competition as well---I was kinda shootin' in the dark on 2 through 8.
Here's hoping for a lay-up, or a slam dunk! Woot-woot-woot!
Merry Christmas Judy!!!!
Voted...hope the rest of the guys I picked were good choices too. Happy Holidays
