I was shopping today and found a purse I liked. I took it to the check-out and asked the clerk to remove the 10 pounds of wadded paper from it. She did and I saw a spot in the bottom of the lining. I showed it to her and said "I guess it doesn't matter much since it is inside." She did a return and then charged it again, with 11% off. I was pretty pleased with the discount! I know it is hard to see the spot in this pic, even though I used the flash. It looks like water spots, but they were dry. if I had not asked her to remove the paper wads, I wouldn't have known the spots were there until I got home.

You know I'm sure that we Brits call the small change holder a purse and anything larger a handbag or just bag:)
I am too tired to come up with something clever to say about spots and purse/pocketbook shopping (something I have absolutely no experience in).
