except for my home, of course. I'll start that tomorrow and finish up next week. This job is one I do every year with friends of mine (Pam and Jackie), but I did most of what I am showing you here.
Judy--You don't sound at all like a friend of mine, an amateur who spends many days each year decorating homes and businesses for family and friends. (She only complains to me, though. She doesn't know how to say know and, consequently, overworks herself. And she is my age - 74!) Cop Car
Nancy, I don't, but Pam does. Everything is placed in a plastic bin and labeled. All the ribbons are rolled up and put into zipper bags and labeled as to where they were used that year. This woman has an attic in her garage where all the bins are stored, and a "Christmas" closet that holds nothing but decorations. She buys stuff all year long to get ready for the next holiday.
My mother would love that first arrangement. She has a thing for naked boys. Okay I better rephrase that, we've always joked about how many cupids she has in her garden. Every flower pots seems to feature a naked boy with a ribbon over his private area. :D
Are you tired by the time you get to your own home or are you warmed up to tackle it with joy in your heart? You really knock yourself out every year with beautiful, unbelievable decorations.

I really must try and so something with the mirrors. They look gorgeous.
Judy,
The decorations in that home are gorgeous. You did a spectacular job.
My question is: Do you return after New Year's Day and take them all down and catalog them for next year?

I am trying to imagine having a "Christmas" closet with nothing but decorations in it. I too look forward to seeing your home decorated.
Stunning decorations. If I still had the energy to decorate I would be tempted to steal some of them.
