Actually my driveway looks like Versoix! I made the mistake of throwing ice melt on the cement part, there is so much snow along the sides of the drive I had no place to shovel the sort of melted ice and had to push it to the edge of the cement thereby making an ice berm...not good. Me Complain? Nah. Did you ever cut out the Betsy McCall paper dolls from the magazine? I had a ton of them and kept them in my dad's empty cigar boxes...wish I had the doll and the boxes now.
We heard on the news today that they had three feet of snow in Austria... hopefully not in Vienna and hopefully my brother got back to Dresden before they closed the airports.
That's pretty damn cold looking, Judy. On the other hand, your friends in Germany look pretty hot--although since they're now about the same age as my Mom perhaps I'd best not think those sorta thoughts.

OK, that is unreal! Where do you find this stuff? Check my post later for some seemingly silly snow pics after the ones I just saw from you. :)
Wow...I'd hate to be there, but it's verrrry pretty...
Not complaining in the least. At all.
But man, how I'd like to strap on some skates and ride around town on 'em. That would be cool.
I got a chill just looking at those pictures. My old bones just can't "do ice" anymore!

Dang, Judy! I gotta go turn up the heat. It suddenly feels cold in here!

My favorites are the waterfall benches. :)
Judy, you asked about the Gratitude Meme. Yes, every week, it advances along the alphabet.
And I heard from the person who started it, and I was correct. :)

Whoo! That looks inconvenient. And pretty. I think I'll reserve my right to complain though. I may need to someday.
But, this weekend, I'll leave behind the 20's of Michigan for the near 70's of Long Beach. It's just a weekend, but it'll last me the winter.
...Tiff said strap on... heh...
No wonder the Swiss are a bunch of humorless Bankers if they have to live in these conditions.
Wow-incredible pictures!
I'm not complaining, but I thought I've had a few job getting the ice off my truck last week.
I would die.
Incredible photos. No global warning thereQ
