I'm on my way to see my little granddaughter. I can hardly wait until I get some notes like that...well, I can wait...don't want her to grow up too fast.

Those are the best bookmarks ever. Just wanted to leave a comment to let you know that I'm still reading you whenever I can. I'm in Spain right now, so I don't have as much time to participate in my usual online activities. :)

This is so sweet, Judy. And I agree....definite keepsakes for you. I'd saved loads of drawings, etc. that my first-born grandchild had done as a child. He's 18 now...but I thought it might be nice someday when he gets married to return them to him and his wife. He's probably forgotten all about them and had no idea I saved every one in a huge envelope.

Aren't gifts from grandkids the sweetest treasures...
I just posted last week on the special grandparents day celebration they had at our grandsons' school.
Special memories...

I have a bookmark that my Gramillo made me when she was near death in the long term care center at the hospital. I will post a photo one of these days along with the story behind it. It is made from paper and some yarn. It is priceless to me. It nearly cry just thinking about it.
