While We Were Out to Dinner Tonight.......

While we were out at dinner, my stat counter reached 10,000 hits! Thanks to everyone who clicked on my site since June 3rd; I know that some of you don't stay around long enough to read much, but if you do, I want you to know how much I appreciate that and getting comments too.

Blogger has been down and I mean completely down...couldn't get in to any blogger sites. It's back now.
Congratulations on the 10,000 and 10,000 more to come.

Congratulations! It'll be months before my stats reach 10,000. [feely dejected now] :)

Another little note: did you know that with site meter, when it says people only stay less than a minute, that just means they didn't switch to another page? It cannot record how long people actually stayed UNTIL they move to another page or close out your site. Just letting you know.

Dude! What are you doing right? I've had my site meter since around june 20 and I'm not up to 2000 hits yet! I am jealous.

Oh, btw, I'm working on a post to answer your question now; just come and see later.

Congrats on your 10,000!

Good lord, it seems I was just congratulating you on what, 6000? Or was it 8000? Either way, you got to 10,000 really fast! Congrats again! And what DID you have for dinner? : D

I'm happy to have been one of the many who has enjoyed your words. Isn't it funny how these humble little personal blogs of ours manage to reach out and touch folks all around the world?

I was reviewing Sitemeter's world map feature with my eldest son this afternoon. He was amazed at all the cool places my visitors came from.

Back from Michele's. Thank you for your kind words on my site. I was being my usual flip self, but I appreciate your explaining the whole context thing all the same.
