You'd Have to See It to Believe It!

While at the beach this weekend with my son and his family, we went to see Mary's Gone Wild, which is a place you would definitely have to see to believe. This post has her info and business cards, and next I will post the photos I took there. Then I will come back and write about it all. Don't forget to scroll down to see all my photos! 1. This is going to take quite a while to take in. Was it a bit of sensory overload? I seem to have seen a frog in there somewhere, did it come home with you?

  7. I like people like Mary and places like Mary's. She is quite an eccetric. It is nice to go down a road and see something unique and interesting instead of the usual tract housing and chain stores. Long live Mary and people like her!!!

  9. Now THAT is a place I could spend hours in! LOL! I love it! I'll have to threaten hubby to make him take me there, it'd make a great weekend trip sometime. How close is HOlden from Carolina Beach? (We used to go there).

Thanks for the delightful piccies here!

  10. This truly is amazing! Talk about having a great imagination and creativity.
And what a worthwhile thing she's doing....feeding all those kids. Wonder if her neighbors consider her "eccentric?" You think?

  11. Well, I've got to hand it to her - it does seem fairly wild!

  12. As a Depression kid I have a hard time appreciating "junk" art. My kids on the other hand, adore it, can't get enough of it and clutter up every nook and cranny with the stuff. I tell them, "Quick! Sell it while it's worth something!" They never listen.
I won't show them this post as it will cause all kinds of trouble here.LOL
What fun. Thanks for sharing, Kenju.
