Probably more like 4 things you never needed to know about me! Carolyn tagged me for this meme:
http://thegingerquill.blogspot.com
1. Name four things you wouldn't mind having tattooed on your bum:
I don't like tattoos at all, but if I had them, they might be:
a. a rainbow b. a scorpion c. a star d. a rose
2. Name four dangerous and/or irresponsible things you have done in the name of fun:
a. driven much too fast on curvy WV roads (just like Carolyn)
b. picked up a hitchhiker (but I was with 4 other girls)
c. Drove 200 miles away from home one night without telling my parents.
d. I flew to NYC when I was 18 and "ran away from home".
3. Name four useless things you have bought during an identy/mid-life crisis:
a,b,c,&d: jewelery, shoes, shoes, shoes! I don't have to be in a crisis to buy shoes or jewlery, the impetus just comes naturally!

This is a very interesting lisrt of stuff, Judy....
Hope you've had a good Sunday...
I'm here from Michele...
I always thought a bout a rose for a tattoo, but I would not have put it on my backside!! (lol)
I also hate tattoos, but if I had one it would be a dragon :-)

I like reading this list of meme because it's allow me to know you better!
I'm not fearful of commitment - it's the needles that keep from the tattoo. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm also afraid of the commitment of a tattoo. ;)
Here by way of Michele this morning.
I like your list. I may have to do a list on my blog.
It wasn't a midlife crisis purchase, I was just overwhelmed with pine needles after moving from Oklahoma where we had no trees in the yard. I bought a lawn sweeper, not a mower like any sane person but a sweeper. It was used maybe twice in ten years and I don't even remember what sucker bought it from me. There were even too many pine needles for it to work well.
My ex bought a 1985 IROC Z28 Camero, black. It took only six weeks for someone to steal it off the campus where he worked. The next year he got into the motorcycles and bought a Ninja. His was either a very early midlife crisis or a very late puberty. I'm thinking it was the latter.
Tattoos are just a permenant reminder of a temporary situation (Jimmy Buffet). The only one that surprised me was the rainbow.
I am another who dislikes tattoos. I honestly can't think of what I would want tattooed on my butt if I had to. Maybe the title of my favourite poem or painting...
"Ran away from home" eh? Flying is certainly preferred to hitching a Greyhound!
After running away from home, did you run right back?
(I did that when I was 6. Then it got to be dinner time so I gave it up as a bad idea.)
Hope: it occurs to me that you are surprised about the rainbow due to it's current connotation. I was a Rainbow Girl (a Masonic organization) and that is why I would want a rainbow (if I wanted a tattoo at all).
Hoss: Yes, my Mom found me and paid for the return ticket to fly home. I was properly penitent and she was forgiving!
No buttock tattoos for me either. I guess if I was forced to get a tattoo, my bum would be the best place to get it.
Many horror movies start out with 5 girls picking up a hitchiker. Alternatively, many low budget pornos start out the same way....he he he.
LOL, no Judy I just thought you would have Prissy as one of your choices.
I like the rainbow idea! Maybe with a pot 'o gold at the "end", lol!!!
Thanks for playing along :D
Interesting what memes can reveal. :)
