And here I thought I could just slip into another year very quietly without fanfare. I made it through the lunch after church today... Nyssa didn't sneak off and have the waiters come and sing their birthday song... she has done that before. Since the day is an official holiday with no banking and no mail and my mom and I have our BSF meeting in the evening... we did the lunch yesterday. I expect someone will produce an angel food cake with white fluffy frosting later this afternoon. Right now though, my age is showing and the nail biting football games today have taken it out of me... so I am off to bed.

I went over and wished a happy birthday, but forgot to say you sent me. Geez, directions with two parts to them are just getting too difficult and I have never been blonde.
