It was great walking through Versailles with you - a place I have always wanted to travel. I really like this photograph. The architecture of nature can't be beat!
I think so too. I love how it looks like a tunnel of sorts and if the fog rolls in... magical. I hope my brother can get a few good pictures in Tokyo. Right now after the sixteen hour flight and two hour rush hour drive to the hotel, he doesn't quite know where he is or what time his body is trying to be on.
I will definitely be spending some quality time with those photos in the new archive. :)
Beds were a thing to signify wealth. So I guess ceilings followed suite! I want The Elephant Bedroom from Moulin Rouge. Now that would be a fun bedroom! ;)
Just went through your album. Great photos, but of course, Paris was my favorite. That Marie was a piece of work. Talk about ostentacious....no wonder she said, "let them eat cake."

ReplyDeleteKinda reminds me of the same kind of "allee" in Boboli Gardens (Florence), only they were huge cypress trees. Beautiful.
